In this guide you can find all necessary information about creating tracker for Hybe.io, also you will learn more about how to set up in-app events sending from Kochava to Hybe.

Step 1 - Log in to your account in Kochava and click on the "Links" option on the left-side panel.

Step 2 - Go to the "Campaign Manager" section.

Step 3 - Here you need to add a new tracker, to do that, click "Add a Tracker".

Step 4 - Next you need to choose a type of tracker, it can be Acquisition or Re-engagement, select it in the drop-down menu.

Step 5 - Depending on your campaign platform, choose a Media Partner (hybrid.ai - Android or hybrid.ai - iOS).

Step 6 - Enter your install URL from the Google Play or App Store.

Step 7 - For Re-engagement Attribution, choose one, or several events, and Select a segment or create new.

Step 8 - If no other trackers are necessary, click "Save" or "Save and Add Another Tracker" if you want to add one more tracker.

Step 9 - You will see your final Click and Impression URLs on the Click & Impression URLs tab, send these links with your Hybe personal manager to use them in your Hybe campaigns.

Step 2 - Choose the "App Tools" and go to the "Partner Configuration".

Step 3 - Select "Add a Configuration" option.

Step 4 - Depending on your campaign platform, choose hybrid.ai - Android or hybrid.ai - iOS.

Step 5 - Choose the In-App Events which you want to send to Hybe from the “Custom Postback” dropdown menu and click "Go".

Please repeat all steps below for each event you want to send to Hybe.

Step 1 - To configure install events, select "Edit".

Step 2 - When you chose the "Edit" option, you can enter the required data in the window that appeared.

Step 3 - Then enter your App Name as you prefer and Hybe Cloud ID obtained from Hybe.

Step 4 - After that choose a day for delivery (we recommend to use "Realtime Delivery").

Step 5 - Next choose the number of retry attempts (we recommend to use "3 Attempts").

Step 6 - And in conclusion choose the Delivery Method (we recommend to use "All" for audience segmentation).

Step 7 - Click "Save".

In the "Active Events" section you can find all post-install events which you can send to Hybe.

Step 1 - Choose the "Edit" option to configure your events in the "Active Events" section.

Step 2 - Once you click "Edit". you'll see necessary window.

Step 3 - Here you need to enter the name of your app.

Step 4 - Next, you need to enter your Hybe CloudID which you obtained from your Hybe personal manager.

Step 5 - After that, choose a day for delivery (we recommend to use "Realtime Delivery")

Step 6 - Then, choose the number of retry attempts (we recommend to use "3 Attempts").

Step 7 - And in conclusion choose the Delivery Method (we recommend to use "All" for audience segmentation).

Step 8 - Click "Save".

Important! You need to repeat each action for each event you want to send to Hybe.
