If you need to create new ads for your campaign or view already existing, firstly, go to the left-side toolbar and click "Ads". After that, you'll see the ad library window.

If you have already created an app object for the app you are going to promote with Hybe, you will see a folder in the ad library with the same name connected with your app object. You can see an example on the screenshot below:

On the left sidebar, you can see the structure of the gallery, where you can see all the folders nested in each other, as well as the ads in these folders. If you click on the "<", the ad library structure will be hidden, and if you'll click on ">" it will be shown.

To quick search for a necessary ad, you can use the search bar at the top-right corner.

Also, you can click on the "Change view" button to make folder icons bigger or smaller.

If you are uploading ads together with your teammates, you can click on the "Refresh" button to see all the updates they made.

In case you want to filter your ads by their type (banner, native, video), you can use the "Filter" button.

If you want to change the name of your ad/folder, you can just hover the mouse pointer over the name of the folder /ad and you will see a pencil icon when you click on which editing will become available.

Also, you can select the exact folder/ad by clicking on the checkbox righter. After that, you can edit (rename), move, or delete your folder/ad. If you'll select the exact, you can download it.

If you click on the "Create" button, there will be two options - "Create an ad" or create "a new folder". You can create as many folders as you want and put them one into another.

Let's create a new folder first inside your app folder and check, how we can move them. Don't forget to give a name to your newly created folder. After you've chosen a newly created folder, for example, you named it "Banners" and want to move it one directory higher, click on the "Move" button.

Here you can select the "Home" directory and move your folder there.

After that, click the "Move" button. In the same way, you can move ads.

Now we finished with control buttons and we can go to ad/folder creating.

For instance, create a folder called Banners to store pictures of the desired resolution:

1) First of all, go into the main folder (which is automatically named like Data clouds) simply by clicking on it;

2) "Create" → "Create an ad";

3) Here we see the available formats, select "Banner Ad";

4) Select the banners you want using the "Choose a file" button or click on “Add a new empty form”. Also you can select one or more files on your computer and simply drag and drop them into the highlighted field;

The platform will automatically set the picture resolution and picture name, however these settings can be changed.

5) Once banners have been created, you can change some settings or delete unnecessary ones. To do this, select a specific banner using the checkbox.

Important note: the same way like pictures (.jpg, .jpeg, .png), you can upload gif and HTML5 banners.

Next step we are going to create a native ad. Click on "Create", select the "a new ad" option, and after that click on "Native ad".

First of all you need to upload ad images (icon, square image 600x600 and rectangular image 1200x628).

After that, you need to fill in Brand name field.

Then, fill in ad text (no longer, than 70 characters):

Add the product title (no longer, than 25 characters):

Enter the tracking URL to the below field:

Then, you can click on "Show advanced options" and add more images for correct dispplay of your native ad on various SSPs, enter ad name (visible only to you), set call to action button or set еру age limit for your ad.

Righter you'll see, how approximately your ad will look like.

After you have filled all required fields, you can click on "Create an ad".

Your ad successfully created, now you can see it in the folder:

For the second example, create a folder called Video to store mp4 files of the desired resolution:

1) First of all, go into the main folder and create the same folder like “Banners” above;

2) Go inside it and click on the "Create an ad" button again and select "Video ad";

3) To upload your video you can click on "Upload your video" / click on the highlighted area / drag the file into the highlighted area;

Note: we strongly recommend the following format - mp4, 720x1280 and 1280x720 respectively, size max. 3 mb, the maximum duration is 30 seconds.

4) If you are going to run the video without VAST-tag, use a real Click URL. But if you plan to use this video in VAST-tag as in our example, it is sufficient to enter the link exactly like this - https://www.google.com. At the same time the name will be stamped automatically, but you can change it anytime;

5) Once we have saved the video, we can turn it on for a preview and see its resolutions in the bottom right-hand corner.
