Summary of all dashboards

Hybe platform allows to build different dashboards and customize them to quickly check the campaign performance in terms of geo, SSPs, apps, in-app events, and so on. There are different types of dashboards we are going to show you in this article: pie chart, bar chart, table, and others.

The first thing to do is to click on "Dashboard" on the right-hand side of all your created campaigns/folders of campaigns.

Then click anywhere on the "Add a tile" box in the window that opens.

Note: a maximum of six dashboards can be created and if you currently have more than two, click on "Zoom in" to see all created dashboards at once and you will also be able to change the dates on the calendar.

The first thing we need to choose is the type of tiles: table, funnel, pie chart, bar chart, chart.

Let's look at examples of creating each type of dashboard on an active campaign:

  • Table

For instance, we want to make a table for the top applications in which we advertise on specific metrics for our application:

Name - any name for the new dashboard;

Metrics - select the required ones in the order in which they will be displayed (CPI, Media cost, Reach, CTR, etc.);

Group by - grouping criteria (Days, Hours, SSPs, Apps, etc.);

Sort By (by default) - how our list will be sorted;

Order - either descending or ascending.

Then click Save.

Getting a new dashboard:

Note: you can hover over each metric to see a description, and drag and drop a dashboard amongst other similar ones, edit and delete the current one.

  • Funnel

For instance, we want to make a funnel of our conversions from one event to another:

Name - any name for the new dashboard;

Level 1,2,3,4, etc. - any metric or event important for our conversions (Clicks, Total installs, "special event name for your app", etc.).

Then click Save.

Getting a new dashboard:

Important note - as in the screenshot below, the date for which the statistics are displayed can be selected by clicking "Zoom in" on the right-hand side of all dashboards.

  • Pie chart

For instance, we want to make a pie chart to visualize the SSPs from which conditional registrations were received:

Name - any name for the new dashboard;

Metrics - metrics for which we view grouping statistics;

Group By - metric for grouping (SSPs, Days, Apps, OS, etc.).

Then click Save.

Getting a new dashboard:

  • Bar chart

For instance, we want to make a bar chart for CTR statistics by day (don't forget to select some days in the calendar):

Name - any name for the new dashboard;

Metrics - (CPC, CTR, CTI, CTR, Media cost, etc.);

Group By - metric for grouping.

Then click Save.

Getting a new dashboard:

  • Chart

For instance, we want to make a chart to show statistics on impressions, clicks, and installs by day:

Name - any name for the new dashboard;

Group By - metric for grouping (SSPs, Days, Apps, OS, etc.);

Line 1,2,3,4 etc. - any metric or event important to you (Clicks, Total Installations, "name of special event for your app", etc.) and assign a color to each line.
