After the campaign start, results are usually far from KPIs because it's not optimized. To optimize the campaign manually, just click on the exact campaign like on the screenshot below:

The first screen shows you split by ads for the period of the campaign you selected higher. Here you can disable worth ads by switching the toggle:

You can also preview the ad or check the moderation status for each SSP. Usually, AppNexus and GoogleAdx have longer moderation periods than other SSPs.

We usually optimize campaigns based on the KPIs. For example, KPIs are CPI no more than $2 and Conversion rate from install to registration no less than 50%. In this case, we will disable ads, SSPs, and AppIDs, which give a bad performance. But don't hurry to disable sources or ads very quickly, give them some time to collect statistics. Sometimes you can face cases when one ad/SSP/AppID gives a higher CPI ( ex. $2,7) but with the very good conversion from install to registration (ex. 75%), and another ad/SSP/AppID gives a lower CPI ( ex. $1,1) but with lower conversion rate from install to registration (ex. 35%). If these two sources give approximately the same amount of traffic, then the advantages of one source/ad can compensate for the disadvantages of another and vice versa. And in general, the results of the campaign will correspond to the client KPIs. We recommend making creative optimization after you optimized the campaign by SSPs and AppIDs.

Important note: You can customize metrics as you want when you are optimizing the campaign. Also, you can display all the in-app events you set in the App Object settings. Furthermore, it's able to show the cost of each event.

Example:

You can also display in-app events and their cost on the main dashboard, where you can see statistics by campaign and campaign groups.

To see the statistics by SSPs just click on SSPs:

Disabling badly working SSPs is performed on the same principle as with ads.

Then, you can switch to Domains/Apps. Here you can disable the exact app on all SSPs at a time.

Example:

But we don't recommend doing that because the whole performance can be not very good, but on a particular SSP it can show good results and you can keep it live.

And the last split is the most useful. It shows the performance of bundles on different SSPs in the next format: SSPID|BundleID. We recommend starting the campaign optimization here:
