Campaign groups and campaigns moving

Hybe platform allows you to merge campaigns in groups by different parameters such as geo, ad format, type of campaign (Retargeting or User Acquisition), and so on. To create a new group, select the App Object, where you are going to create it:

Then click on "Create" and choose the "a new group option" as on a screenshot below:

After that, give a name to your group, for example, "User Acquisition". Now the campaign group is created, but it's empty. To transfer one or more campaign(s) into this group, just select them by clicking on a checkbox on the left side of the campaign and clicking on the "Move" button.

Then, you can select a particular campaign group (folder), where you want to transfer your campaigns and click "Move". If you have done all correctly, you'll see the next:

In the same way, you can transfer campaigns from one campaign group to another.

You can also copy the campaign in case you just want to create the same campaign as already existing, but change one or two settings. To do that, select the campaign using the checkbox and click on the "Copy" button

After that, you can choose two options:

  • Copy only campaign settings - select it if you want to create the same campaign as the original but with another creative.

  • Copy campaign settings and banners - choose this option if you want to create the campaign with the same creatives as the original, but just change some campaign settings, for example, SSP.

Then click "Copy".

Copy of your campaign is successfully created

Important notes:

  • Active campaigns are usually highlighted in green, copied campaigns without any changes in orange, inactive campaigns /draft campaigns / copied campaigns after the changes are highlighted in red, campaigns with ads that are in moderation, as well as campaigns that are not delivered due to lack of budget are highlighted in gray.

  • If you disabled some ads and SSPs in the default campaign, and then made a copy of this campaign, ads and SSPs will be also disabled in the copy of the default campaign.

If you want to edit the copied / newly created campaign, you need to checkbox the campaign and select the "Edit" button or just hover the mouse pointer over the campaign and you will see a gear icon on the left. When you click on it, you will go to the campaign settings.

Mass editing campaigns

The next available option is mass editing campaigns. For example, you want to change some option in 2 or more campaigns at a time. Then, you need to select your campaigns by the checkbox and click on the "Edit" button.

Start / stop date

The first thing you can change here is the campaign start and stop date. There are two options available here:

You can learn more about adding locations in our Campaign creation guide.

Example:

It's also easy to add/remove the "Show ads if there are coordinates" option to your campaigns. You can learn more about it here.

Similarly, with geo, you can also specify the exact IP addresses/subnet masks of users who should/shouldn't see your ads. The principle here is exactly the same: add to existing, replace current with, or clear. You can learn more about IP address targeting in our Campaign creation guide.

Example:

You can also face cases when you created 2 or more campaigns but forgot to add the "Autoblacklisting" feature. Just select the necessary campaigns and enable this option:

Or you can delete this option if you feel that it stops your campaign and optimize it manually. In this case, change the "Replace current with" on "Clear" option:

The same way the "Fraudulent Clicks Filtering" option can be added to several of campaigns:

And the "Device id" option:

Devices

Hybe platform also allows changing Device settings in 2 or more campaigns at a time. There is an opportunity to change the device type:

Link settings

An equally frequent situation occurs with the replacement of a link or the addition of a parameter to the link. If there are a large number of campaigns, replacing links takes a lot of time, but with the use of mass editing of campaigns, this can be done in a few clicks.

Example for click URL:

Example for impression URL:

Example for S2S click URL:
